Zamberlan and I are working on another round of developments for the KUIU boot utilizing a new footbed they just developed. I will be testing this new development before moving forward on the KUIU boot.
I do not have a date set for production or delivery until we finish testing this new technology. I will certainly keep you up dated.

Is it too late to get in on the pre-order?
Sweet! Bring it!
I’ve looked these boots, but se terribly expensive.
EXCELLENT! CAN’T WAIT.
Is this replacing the Z.A.S.? what is “footbed” exactly? I am in the market for new boots so I am very interested in seeing a final product. Will these boots be at Reno for SCI?
I have owned almost every quality brand of boots made. I thought Zamberlin were the best until I bought Lowa boots.
Is it the Zamberlan Z comfort fit footbed?
Jason, it has been brought up on several forums, including the KUIU forum that the sizing of several articles of clothing from the new cut and sew house are much different than the original from Canada. I understand the need to move to a location to where you can get product out in a timely manner and keep up with demand, but I think as your customers something should be done to address the problems with the different sizing other than saying it should not be that way. I have at least a couple thousand dollars worth of KUIU gear that was made in Canada and I absolutely love it. I would like to add some Verde to my hunting wardrobe, but I am apprehensive to do so due to several people complaining of the different and uncomfortable fit. I will probably not purchase a pair of Guide pants, as I had intended to do until this problem has been addressed. Thank you.
I am in exactly the same position. I have been eagerly awaiting clarification on this issue. I too am sitting on my money due to the fact “slim cut’ does not work for me. The original sizing is spot on.
There will be no more KUIU purchases for me till this is cleared up.
Jason –just clear this issue up. is it staying this way, with this cut or adjust and submit a new sizing chart.
Same situation here
Hope you have some prototypes to see at the shows, See you at SCI
Cheers Matt
I left Kuiu a message and hope to convey some sort of response here tomorrow or this week. Im ready to drop my russell gear for this stuff, needing answers and product availability soon
Sorry Kuiu and fellow sportsman, just realized I was responding to an earlier thread regarding fit and availability, not the boots, they look good however, still sticking with my Lowa tibets however
ok one more response, just finished reading all your posts and because of your response to the fellow who purchased a pack the week before your sale and you replied with your response of adjusting the price for him , you got my business, period. Way to go! I’ll wait for your products with great anticipation, but make it soon please, anxious to try
Jason, All the med sizes from canada fit great new ones too big. Would also like to see guide pant in a 30 waist to go along with my atack pants. It would have been nice to find out before spending thousands of dollars on gear that you will no longer produce sizes that fit me. Maybe bring back old med as new small just a thought. Thanks
Looking forward to seeing you at he Sportsmen’s Expo in SLC. I hope you have the boots with you so I can check them out personally. I don’t have a problem spending that kind of money on good boots, but would like to get my hands or possibly feet on them before doing so.
Please let me know how I can be on the pre-order list. Thank you.
Any update on the boots and availability?
When will the boots be available? Sheep hunting season is not far off here in the Yukon. Thanks.
I just received the Pre-production sample and will be placing the order for the boots in June. Delivery will not come until November. Marco Zamberlan and I went through 3 different prototypes to finally get this boot perfect. It is incredible and will be well worth the wait. I will have more to show you soon here on the blog including pricing and Pre-order information. Thank you for your interest in the boot program.
