If any of you have had a thread or post deleted on the forum or blog I apologize. It is my fault and has been taken care of immediately.

Just for everyone’s information, Jason was unaware of this. I emailed him about it and within 15 minutes I got a reply. Another 10 and there were a couple of replies on the forum and a few more this was posted.
The quick response tells me a couple things. 1) He truly didn’t know about it. 2) He does care about transparency.

I haven’t had and hope to not have anything negative to post about anything KUIU, but this just goes to show how you are going above and beyond to stand behind your product and help your customers! You have always been straight forward and a man of your word via our emails and chats, so for that and coming out and fixing this I thank you! Counting down the days til the show in Boise, and til the new hats come out!

Wrote a good review about your gaiters a while back, that was up for a couple hours then gone. Good to know the issue has been fixed.
So what about the fit and size issues with the change in factories?
We had some initial products get mislabeled out of the factory and some minor grading adjustment to make which have all been taken care of. The Vancouver factory over graded on our XL and XXL sizes which Toray adjusted for us. Follow the sizing chart and you will be fine.
